The IT Project Manager will focus on implementing IT solutions focusing on the needs of Stony Brook Southampton Hospital, and SB-ELIH. This will include Outpatient Physician and/or Outpatient Hospital Practice Expansions. These expansions include, but are not limited to, the opening of new practice locations, moves of existing practices to new locations, breakdowns and setup of practice locations. The position will work in coordination with the Stony Brook Medicine IT PMO Team and will take direction from the SBM Director, IT Program Management.
- Develops the project work plan, work breakdown structure, and schedule using a designated project management tool for project team usage. Project Plans include sufficient task-level detail to capture known dependencies and major milestones.

- GME Coordinator supports the Site-DIO and and GME Manager with day-to-day operations of the Medical Education student programs.
- Responsible for scheduling and assisting of assigned trainees that rotate through the medical education department.

The Emergency Response Support Staff assists the Patient Access team with the oversight of all visitor control and patient experience in the Patient Access department. Supports the Admitting/Switchboard/ED manager through a variety of tasks on-site and at offsite locations. Effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
